Everything you'd normally have to go looking for
The dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in, and it's built to answer the questions that come up every day without opening a single report: how much time has been logged this month, how many projects are active, how many uploads have gone through, and when the data was last synced from QuickBooks.
A starting point, not a dead end
Below the summary cards, the dashboard shows a Team Hours snapshot and a list of active projects - enough to spot something worth investigating at a glance. From there, every card links through to the full detail: Team Insights for the complete employee breakdown, or Project Budget Tracking for the project-by-project view.
- ✓ Four live stats, current as of your last sync
- ✓ Team hours and active projects summarised inline
- ✓ A prompt to sync your first data if you haven't yet
Frequently asked questions
What shows up on the Time On It dashboard?
Four live stats - hours logged this month, active projects, uploads this month, and the date of your last QuickBooks sync - plus a team hours summary and a list of your active projects.
Is the dashboard data live?
It reflects whatever is in Time On It as of your last QuickBooks sync. Run a sync and the dashboard updates immediately - there's no separate refresh or reporting step.
What happens on the dashboard before I've synced any data?
A banner prompts you to complete your first QuickBooks sync. Once it finishes, the stat cards and summaries populate automatically.
